1. Acceptance

By accessing https://travelcode.pro ("the site") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. What TravelCode is

TravelCode is an informational directory. We collect and organize publicly available information about corporate discount codes, loyalty status match programs, and related travel savings. We do not sell travel, book travel, or act as an intermediary between you and any hotel, rental car company, or loyalty program.

3. No warranty on data accuracy

The information on this site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Corporate codes, discount percentages, status match offers, and loyalty program details change frequently — often without notice. We make a good-faith effort to keep data current, but we cannot guarantee that any specific code, discount, or offer is valid at the time you read it.

Always verify the code, discount, and terms directly with the hotel, rental company, or loyalty program before booking.

4. Code expiration

Corporate discount codes expire. They may be retired by the issuing organization, the hotel chain, or both. We mark codes as expired when we know they are no longer valid, but there will be a delay between expiration and update. If a code does not work at checkout, it has likely expired — please let us know so we can remove or update it.

5. Affiliate liability

TravelCode participates in affiliate programs (Travelpayouts, Booking.com, and others). When you click an outbound link marked as an affiliate link, the destination site pays us a small commission at no extra cost to you. The destination site's terms, privacy policy, booking conditions, and customer service govern your transaction with them. TravelCode is not a party to that transaction and is not liable for disputes, refunds, cancellations, or service quality at the destination.

6. Use of the data

All structured data published on this site (JSON APIs at /data/*.json, individual code listings, status match information) is released under CC-BY 4.0. You may use it for any purpose, including commercially, provided you attribute TravelCode. See the Privacy Policy for details.

7. Prohibited use

You agree not to:

• Scrape the site at a rate that degrades service for other users.
• Republish the data without attribution to TravelCode.
• Use the site or its data for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to site infrastructure.

8. Intellectual property

Site design, code, and editorial content are © TravelCode. Hotel chain names, brand marks, and loyalty program names are the property of their respective owners and are used here for informational purposes only.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TravelCode, its operators, and contributors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content — including but not limited to booking errors, lost discounts, expired codes, or disputes with third-party providers.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the site operator is established. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
