What to write about
- Code corrections — a code that no longer works, an expired offer, a discount estimate that is off. Include the brand, the code, and a source if possible.
- New codes to add — corporate programs we have not yet covered. Verification sources preferred but not required.
- Status match updates — current offers, program changes, new alternatives.
- Partnership inquiries — travel brands, affiliate networks, AI tool developers. Please include a one-line summary in the subject line.
- Press / academic use — data licensing questions, citation requests.
What this email is not for
- Booking support — contact the hotel or rental company directly.
- Loyalty status questions — contact the loyalty program directly.
- Affiliate link disputes — contact the affiliate network.
Response time
We answer most messages within 1-3 business days. Corrections to published data are prioritized and usually addressed within 24 hours.
